Please note the following:
• Office opens at 9:00 AM.
• There is a 1-hour cooking time after payment is received.
• Cooking staff are on break from 12:00 NN to 2:00 PM.
• The kitchen closes at 5:00 PM.
• Last pick-up is at 6:00 PM.

Payment may be made via Bank Deposit or Online Transfer (BDO, BPI, Metrobank), or through Credit Card, GCash, PayMaya, and GrabPay.
Please settle your payment at least 1 day before pick-up. Policies may change during peak dates.

Full payment must be confirmed in our account before food can be released.

Yes, we provide Official Receipts / Sales Invoices. Please input your preferred O.R./S.I. details in the “Special Requests” section upon checkout.

For pick-ups, you may book your preferred delivery service such as Lalamove (motor/car), Grab, Transportify, Angkas, Happy Move, TokTok, and Borzo.

We are also available on GrabFood if you wish to place immediate orders for delivery.
GrabFood ordering hours are 9:00 AM–11:30 AM and 2:00 PM–4:30 PM.
Availability may vary depending on your delivery location.

1 Lalamove motor with insulated box can fit 10 (10-20pax) or 20 (5pax) Food Trays / 40 Packed Meals. Grab motor with insulated box can fit 5 (10-20pax) or 10 (5pax) Food Trays.

For pick ups, you may schedule your delivery via LALAMOVE motor or car / Grab / Transportify / TokTok / Angkas / Mr. Speedy / JoyRide / Happy Move.

For other options, we are also available on GrabFood if you wish to place immediate orders for delivery. GrabFood ordering hours are from 9am-11:30am & 2pm-4:30pm. Availability may vary depending on distance of delivery location. *Prices are subject to additional fees.

Earliest pick-up time from our San Juan location is 8:00 AM.
Latest pick-up time is 6:00 PM, and the last cooking time is at 5:00 PM.

For big orders, special time slots may be arranged.

We recommend consuming the food within 3 hours from your scheduled pick-up.
If it will be eaten at a later time, please refrigerate it to maintain quality and avoid spoilage.
