• Office opens at 9:00 AM.
• There is a 1-hour cooking time after payment is received.
• Cooking staff are on break from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM.
• The kitchen closes at 5:00 PM.
• Last pick-up is at 6:00 PM.

We accept Bank Deposit/Online Transfer (BDO, BPI, or Metrobank), Credit Card, GCash, Maya, and GrabPay.

Yes, we provide Official Receipts / Sales Invoices.

Please advise your rider to ring the doorbell upon arrival and provide the full name and order number indicated in your confirmation email.

• You may arrange pick-up via Lalamove (motor for small orders or car for large orders), Grab (motor for small orders), or other courier services such as Mr. Speedy, Transportify, Angkas, JoyRide, TokTok, or Borzo.
• Select Insulated Box for safer food transport.
• Add a Priority Fee for faster rider assignment.
• We recommend booking your rider in advance and confirming with your rider one day before your scheduled pick-up.

Motor / Vehicle Capacity

Lalamove (with insulated box):

• 10-pax food trays: up to 10 trays
• 5-pax food trays: up to 20 trays
• Packed meals: up to 40

Grab (with insulated box):

• 10-pax food trays: up to 5 trays
• 5-pax food trays: up to 10 trays

We don’t offer direct delivery, but you can arrange pick-up through a courier service of your choice.

Earliest pick-up time from our San Juan location is 8:00 AM.
Latest pick-up time is 6:00 PM. Kitchen closes at 5:00 PM.

For big orders, special time slots may be arranged.

We recommend consuming the food within 3 hours from your scheduled pick-up.

If it will be eaten at a later time, please refrigerate it to maintain quality and avoid spoilage.

Food Trays

10-20pax:

• White plastic (microwavable) – 12″ x 9″ x 2.5″
• Aluminum w/ plastic cover, for select baked items – 12.5″ x 10″ x 2″

5pax:

• Clear plastic (microwavable) – 9.5″ x 6″ x 3″ (includes Tiramisu 10pax / Salmon 7pax)
• Aluminum w/ plastic cover, for select baked items – 8.5″ x 5.5″ x 2.5″ (includes Lasagna 10pax / Salmon 7pax)

Note: 10pax food trays are approx. 1 kilo, or ¼ tray. Other items are counted per piece.

Packed Meals (clear individual box)

• Packed Meal 1 – 6½″ x 4¼″ x 1¼″
• Packed Meal 2 & 3 – 6½″ x 4½″ x 1¼″
• Packed Meal 4, 5, 6 – 7¾″ x 6¾″ x 1¼″
